Randy is counsel in our St. John’s office. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 1981 after completing his education at Dalhousie University. Randy practices extensively in the areas of corporate and commercial law.

Randy has experience in various aspects of commercial transactions including advising clients on purchases and divestitures of businesses, both by way of share and asset purchases. He has acted for vendors, purchasers and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions and for both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.

Randy has experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial and corporate agreements (including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements) and also regularly advises clients in the fisheries and marine, construction and financial services sectors.

On the corporate side, Randy is regularly involved in general matters of incorporation, amalgamation, dissolution and also provides advice to clients on reorganization, corporate finance, corporate governance and related matters.
