A Partner in our Saint John office, Caroline practices corporate and commercial law. She works with individuals, business owners, and financial institutions. Caroline advises on a broad range of matters including: commercial financings, mergers, private equity investments, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate, general corporate transactions, and succession and estate planning.

Outside of work (depending on the season), Caroline spends her time sailing, downhill skiing, and traveling. Caroline is also GenNext Cabinet’s Vice-Chair for 2023 – the next generation of young philanthropists, powered by United Way.

Caroline earned her law degree at the University of New Brunswick. Prior to law school, Caroline competed as an NCAA gymnast while attending the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
