- Provide assistance with the annual renewal process
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team
- Open and sort correspondence from the Registry of Joint Stock Companies
- Record billable time
- Prepare and sort pre-bills and invoices
- Attend to general inquiries from clients
- Open and close Corporate Services files
- Attend to the review and delivery of mail received on behalf of corporate clients
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic corporate records, including minute books and seals
- Provide assistance relating to audit response requests
- Provide assistance with due diligence requests and Personal Property Security Act registrations
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Strong competency in the usage of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use good judgement and be resourceful
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with colleagues and clients
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Experience with RJSC Connect, an asset
- Experience with electronic corporate management database, an asset
