David MacNeil

David MacNeil is the Chief Technology Officer for Cox & Palmer’s Halifax office, leading the project management and process improvement initiatives within the firm while leveraging cutting edge technologies to offer greater efficiencies. David has a Bachelor of Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University, and has pursued ongoing education in Project Management, Legal Project Management, Legal Process Improvement, and e-Discovery.

David looks for process improvement opportunities for each project applying budgeting and workflow metrics. He works closely with our clients to develop a project plan, ensuring that the tools and resources are in place to meet our clients’ expectations and deadlines throughout the life of a file.
