SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide assistance with the annual renewal process
  • Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team
  • Open and sort correspondence from the Registry of Joint Stock Companies
  • Record billable time
  • Prepare and sort pre-bills and invoices
  • Attend to general inquiries from clients
  • Open and close Corporate Services files
  • Attend to the review and delivery of mail received on behalf of corporate clients
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic corporate records, including minute books and seals
  • Provide assistance relating to audit response requests
  • Provide assistance with due diligence requests and Personal Property Security Act registrations
  • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong competency in the usage of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use good judgement and be resourceful
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with colleagues and clients
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
  • Experience with RJSC Connect, an asset
  • Experience with electronic corporate management database, an asset
