Samantha L Hameline

Samantha Hameline is an Associate in Cox & Palmer’s Charlottetown office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University in 2011, majoring in Criminology and Human Rights with a minor in Anthropology. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick in 2015. Samantha was called to the New Brunswick Law Society in 2016 and to the Law Society of Prince Edward Island in 2018.

Samantha’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of family law, residential real estate, and wills and estates. She is committed to guiding her clients through important personal and legal matters with care and clarity, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout the process.

With a strong academic background and practical experience across two provinces, Samantha brings both skill and compassion to her work, offering thoughtful, client-focused solutions tailored to each unique situation.
