Jarrod Ryan

Jarrod is an Associate in Cox & Palmer’s Corporate and Commercial group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate matters.

Jarrod obtained a law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2024 and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2025. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University and a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University.

Jarrod’s educational background has equipped him with strong business acumen which he leverages to provide practical and strategic advice to his clients at all stages of their business’ life cycle.‎ He regularly assists clients with share and asset purchase transactions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, reorganizations ‎and amalgamations, corporate governance matters and various commercial transactions.
