J. Andrew D. Campbell

A native of Summerside, Andrew completed his education at University of Prince Edward Island (B.A. 1988) and University of New Brunswick Law School (LL.B. 1991).  Called to the Bar in 1992, Andrew is a partner in the Summerside office with a practice focused on real estate, corporate and commercial, estates & trusts and fisheries & maritime law.

Andrew practices in the area of purchase and sale of residential, commercial and condominium properties. He has assisted in the sub-division and development of land, Applications to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission for the purchase of land by individuals, corporations, non-residents and farmers.

Andrew has experience in incorporating, structuring, reorganizing, and amalgamating corporations to suit the needs of each individual client and corporation. He has been counsel on matters relating to Banks, Credit Unions and other financial institutions.

Andrew has assisted in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and estate planning. He also deals with the purchase and sale of fishing licenses, gear and equipment, and Leases. He is also involved with Fishing Associations and Harbour authorities.
