BIO
Atosa is an associate in Cox & Palmer’ s Halifax office and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2025. As a lawyer in the Business Law Group, Atosa is involved with mergers & acquisitions, real estate, financing, incorporations, contract review, corporate restructuring, and helping clients find strategies to grow their business.
While attending law school, Atosa held various positions on the Law Student Society and she completed a semester abroad at Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam.
Outside of work, Atosa enjoys teaching Pilates, travelling and trying out new restaurants.
