Abigail M. Lander

Abigail is an Associate in our Fredericton office. She maintains a general litigation practice that includes health law, insurance law, and family law. Abigail has a talent for effective communication that helps her both work with and advocate for her clients.

Abigail attended law school at the University of New Brunswick. While there, she volunteered with the Pro Bono Students Canada. In her final year of law school, Abigail achieved first place in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, earning her a spot in the 2024 International Negotiation Competition in Brazil. Abigail articled at Cox & Palmer and was called to the Bar in 2025.

In her free time, Abigail enjoys spending time in downtown Fredericton on the bike paths and at the farmer’s market.
