Tara McIntyre is an associate in the Moncton office of Cox & Palmer. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Tara worked with our firm as a summer student and as a student-at-law.

Tara earned a Juris Doctor at the Université de Moncton in 2019, after having completed a Bachelor of Arts with a Double Major in Human Rights and Criminology at St. Thomas University in 2016. During her law degree, Tara was chosen to represent the Université de Moncton at the 36th Annual Ottawa-Moncton Appellate Moot Court Competition, ultimately winning the Competition with her teammate.

Tara was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2020 and carries on a general legal practice, with a growing interest in insurance, employment and labour law. She is fluent in both official languages and regularly assists clients in both English and French.

In her spare time, Tara enjoys taking part in outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends.
