Talia C. Profit, KC, is a partner in the Moncton office of Cox & Palmer and conducts her litigation practice in both English and French. She articled with Barry Spalding in 2005 and stayed with them as an associate until she joined Cox & Palmer in 2013. Talia has appeared at all levels of the New Brunswick courts as well as the Supreme Courts of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Her practice is focused on civil litigation; particularly medical malpractice defence, class actions, personal injury and property damage.
Talia has been involved with numerous boards and committees within the community. She has also presented to the legal and medical communities on various aspects of litigation and risk mitigation, and has written articles published in national insurance magazines.
Talia lives in Shediac River with her husband and twin daughters.
