Talia C. Profit is a partner in our Moncton office and conducts her litigation practice in both English and French. She articled with Barry Spalding and stayed with the firm until she joined Cox & Palmer in January 2013.  Talia has appeared at all levels of the New Brunswick Courts as well as the Supreme Courts of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Her practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, insurance, personal injury, property damage, medical malpractice, and municipal liabilities.

Talia has been involved with numerous boards and committees within the community and legal field as a member, secretary, vice-president and president. She has also lectured and presented to the legal community on various litigation matters and she has written articles published in national insurance magazines.

Talia lives in Shediac River with her husband and twin daughters.
