Siobhan is developing a general legal practice with a specific interest in the areas of corporate commercial law and wills and estates law. She applies her innate curiosity, creative approach to problem-solving, and rigorous attention to detail to assist clients with any legal issues they may face.
Since beginning her legal career, Siobhan has been involved with a broad range of corporate matters. She has worked on incorporations and amalgamations, purchase and sale agreements, and other corporate transactions. She also has experience in a variety of estates matters, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and guardianship applications.
Siobhan earned her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2021 after receiving a Bachelor of Music in Performance (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Music in Performance from Memorial University of Newfoundland. During law school, Siobhan was a member of the Gale Cup Criminal/Constitutional Moot team and was selected to compete in the Smith Shield Moot for which she won the A.S. Pattillo Prize in Advocacy. Siobhan completed her articles with Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s office and was called to the Bar of Newfoundland and Labrador in June 2022
A former musician, Siobhan continues to maintain a love of classical music. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, and exploring the outdoors with her corgi, Piper.
