Ryan Parsons is an associate in Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s office, with a general corporate practice. Ryan has a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and commercial litigation.

Ryan attended law school at Osgoode Hall, where he focused on corporate and commercial transactions, and commercial litigation. Ryan graduated from Osgoode with a Juris Doctor in 2019.

Ryan also has a demonstrated passion for working with start-ups, having volunteered with the Osgoode Business Clinic while attending law school. He continues to advise small businesses as an active member of Cox & Palmer’s Start-up practice group.

Prior to attending Osgoode, Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Distinction) in Economics from Queen’s University, completing his first year of studies in England.

Beyond his legal practice, Ryan keeps active by regularly playing basketball, hiking, and skiing. He also enjoys exploring the local food and art scene.
