Nicole Brown Dunbar is an associate in our Charlottetown office, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, fraud, health law, insurance defence litigation, regulated professions, banking and finance, and privacy. She began her legal career in Ontario, practicing at two international law firms, a leading class action firm, an insurance defence boutique, a leading Canadian financial institution, and is a former Partner at a Bay Street Litigation Boutique.

Nicole is a skilled litigator with extensive experience representing clients before all levels of court, administrative tribunals, regulatory proceedings and public inquiries. She understands the importance of managing legal and reputational risks so her clients can focus on managing and growing their business. Analytic and resourceful, she provides thorough, strategic and cost-effective advice to her clients, which include financial institutions, corporations, professional services providers, and insurers.
