Matthew is an Associate in our Fredericton office. He practices in the areas of human rights, employment, labour and administrative law. He regularly assists employers and employees in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces to strategically maneuver workplace issues, draft and review contracts and policies, and navigate complex litigation before courts, tribunals, arbitrators, commissions and boards.
Matthew is bilingual in French and English and regularly assists clients in both official languages. He obtained a common law degree and a civil law degree from McGill University in Montréal, Québec. Matthew was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2022, after articling with the firm since 2018. Prior to law school, Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Arts (double honours with distinction) from St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys skiing and playing the tenor saxophone in jazz and swing bands.
