Matthew is a corporate lawyer in Cox & Palmer’s Halifax office and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2024. While completing his law degree he also accomplished a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University, providing him with strong business acumen as well as strategic evaluation and planning skills. Matthew’s educational background enhances his legal practice and better equips him in providing exceptional counsel and value to his clients.

As a corporate and commercial lawyer, Matthew works with clients at all stages of their business’ lifecycle. He is involved with mergers & acquisitions, financing, incorporations, contract review, corporate restructuring, and strategies for successful business growth.
