Maggie is an Associate in the Charlottetown office, practicing primarily in the areas of criminal defence and civil litigation, including labour and employment, human rights, municipal and administrative law. In criminal matters, Maggie has successfully defended her clients by obtaining acquittals and representing individuals at sentencing and other hearings, as well as on Charter applications.
Maggie has acted for insurers, employers, municipalities, and individuals and has experience representing clients before various courts and tribunals throughout Prince Edward Island. Maggie takes a solution-based approach, employing her skills in dispute resolution and trauma informed practice to assist her clients in a meaningful and compassionate way.
