Lindsay is an associate in the Summerside office of Cox & Palmer. She obtained her law degree in Ottawa, Ontario where she gained valuable experience representing survivors of domestic and sexual violence at the university’s Community Legal Clinic. Lindsay practices primarily in the areas of employment and labour, human rights, family, and wills and estates law.
Before joining Cox & Palmer, Lindsay articled and practised at a boutique labour, employment, and human rights firm. She has experience advising employers, employees, and unions on a variety of matters such as termination of employment, harassment, discrimination, accommodation, workplace safety, employment contracts, collective agreements, and grievances.
Lindsay holds the Osgoode Certificate in Labour Law. She is trained in both trauma-informed lawyering and anti-racism lawyering. She is a board member of Community Legal Information and a roster lawyer for RISE.
