Kelsey Nearing
Legal Assistant

Kelsey is an associate with our litigation group in Halifax. She obtained her law degree from the University of Calgary in 2015 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2018.

Kelsey began her career in Alberta where she worked with two leading civil litigation firms, practicing primarily in commercial litigation and administrative law. A native Haligonian, Kelsey returned to Halifax to join a boutique firm where she managed a case load of personal injury, disability benefits and human rights claims, as well as contributing to the firm’s class action practice.
