John G. Stewart

John is Counsel in the Halifax office practicing primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate & commercial law.  A graduate of Dalhousie Law School, John has been engaged in many of the city’s most interesting and complex real estate developments, including several on the Halifax waterfront which involved issues relating to the Crown.

John was director of the Atlantic Child Guidance Centre until its amalgamation with the IWK Children’s Hospital.  He is active in the international bridge community and is frequently engaged in providing online commentary for live national and world championship events.
