
James’s practice is focused on corporate commercial and real estate. James regularly acts for vendors and purchasers in commercial transactions and asset or share deals with purchase prices between several thousand and several million dollars. James often represents borrowers in secured financing transactions ranging from smaller loans with standard form documentation to larger multimillion dollar syndicated financing. James also brings a breadth of experience in real estate law as a member of the executive of the Real Property Section of the National Canadian Bar Association. James also practices in a variety of other areas including estate planning, and family law.
