Isabelle C. Moreau

Isabelle focuses her practice in the area of corporate and commercial law. She has experience in corporate matters including incorporating businesses and partnerships in New Brunswick, purchasing and selling businesses, importing and exporting corporations to and from New Brunswick, reorganizing and amalgamating New Brunswick corporations. She has acted as counsel to corporations in drafting various business agreements such as shareholder agreements, employee stock option plans, distributions agreements, license agreements and non-competition agreements.

Isabelle has acted on behalf of individuals and corporations in connection with estate and succession planning matters. She also has experience in corporate and commercial financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, conducting due diligence, drafting security documents and related legal opinions.
