Gina Lohnes is the Corporate Services Manager for Cox & Palmer’s Halifax office. Gina is responsible for continuances, amalgamations and dissolutions of companies, partnerships and other business entities. She assists with corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. With a team of dedicated paralegals, her department attends to incorporations, business name and extra provincial registrations, annual renewals, corporate / commercial due diligence and Personal Property Security Act registrations for our clients.

Gina attended the University of New Brunswick earning a Bachelor of Business Administration followed by her law degree. She was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2003 and then to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2006. Gina provides internal educational seminars on corporate services and has lectured to the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario membership.
