George H. LeBlanc, QC

George’s areas of practice include acting as counsel in commercial and bank litigation, creditors’ rights and relief, debt collection, security enforcement, banking law issues. In addition to commercial and bank litigation, George also provides advice and litigates in the fields of employment law, municipal law and family law. During his practice, George has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench (Trial Division and Family Division) and Provincial Court.
