BIO

Dominique is an associate lawyer in the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer, and practices in general litigation and labour and employment law. Dominique was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2021, having received her law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2019.  She participated in an abridged articling experience at Harris North Law and Cox and Palmer.

During law school, Dominique volunteered with Dalhousie’s Black Student Advising Centre and was a member of Dalhousie’s Black Law Student Association and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers. Dominique has also previously worked in Dalhousie’s Human Resources and Legal Counsel departments and completed a term at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic.
