Deborah Power is a Partner in the Fredericton office of Cox & Palmer. Originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Deborah was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1996, having completed her education at the University of New Brunswick, receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction (1992) and Bachelor of Law (1995).
Deborah’s practice is focused on Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate law, and Mortgage Enforcement and Collections. Deborah routinely acts for financial institutions including chartered banks on secured and unsecured debt matters. In addition to her New Brunswick based practice, she has been involved in many multi-jurisdictional transactions as the New Brunswick lawyer.
When not working Deborah enjoys salmon fishing and has represented many clients in the purchase and sale of salmon fishing properties.
