David Baird, KC has over 50 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing primarily on personal injury as Plaintiff’s counsel; general civil litigation; family law; real estate law; wills & estates law; and corporate and commercial matters. David has been a long-serving executive member of the Newfoundland Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and served as Branch President for two years. He has also been a member of the National Executive of the Canadian Bar Association.
David attended law school at the University of British Columbia, was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1973, and was appointed to Queen’s Counsel in 2004.
