Daniel Lavin

Daniel is an associate in our Saint John office. His practice focuses primarily on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

Daniel attended law school at the University of New Brunswick, from which he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2021. After articling with the firm, Daniel was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2022.

Before attending law school, Daniel earned a Bachelors of Business Administration through the University of New Brunswick’s Co-operative Education program. He spent his tenure as a co-op student with a large oil and gas company, having worked mostly in regulatory reporting and compliance.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors and physical activity.
