Daniel Irvine

Dan is an Associate in Cox & Palmer’s Halifax office.  He completed his law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2018. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and the Nova Scotia Bar in 2023.

Dan is a member of Cox & Palmer’s commercial litigation and insurance defence practice groups.

Prior to joining Cox & Palmer, Dan worked in the public service in Ontario.  His practice primarily consisted of provincial tax litigation, as well as providing advice to government on litigation matters regarding provincially regulated gaming.
