Charles Whelly, KC, is Counsel and works from the Saint John office of Cox & Palmer. He was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1978 after completing his education at the University of New Brunswick. Charles was appointed the designation of Queen’s Counsel (now King’s Counsel) in 1998. He provides litigation counsel in a broad range of cases, usually involving commercial, planning, environmental, construction or professional issues.
