Bruce Logan is a partner in the Saint John office of Cox & Palmer. Born in Edmundston, Bruce received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1984 and Bachelor of Laws in 1992, both from the University of New Brunswick. He was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1993, and comes to us from the former firm of Barry Spalding.

Bruce has a highly active business law practice. He regularly advises his clients regarding incorporations, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, commercial and residential property transactions and wills & estates. He is a great asset to our corporate and commercial team.

A member of the Discipline Committee and Admissions Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick, Bruce is also a long-time sailor at the Royal Kennebeccasis Yacht club and an avid snowmobiler.
