Blair is a Partner with Cox & Palmer and a member of our Litigation Practice Group servicing an extensive range of local and national clients such as insurance companies, banks, large corporations and federal crown corporations.  Blair works extensively within the Insurance Group providing counsel to major national and local insurers for auto, home, commercial general liability, professional liability, product liability, as well as matters dealing with subrogation, and disability benefits.  His practice includes trial and pre-trial representation, settlement negotiations and mediation.  This representation involves litigation at various levels of the judicial system including the Court of Appeal and Trial Divisions of New Brunswick and the Supreme Court of Canada.   Blair’s general litigation experience includes liability, negligence cases, contract disputes and interpretation, representing clients on product liability cases and professional negligence cases, health law, property claims and disability claims.
