Cox & Palmer is pleased to welcome Kyle Mercer to our St. John’s office.
Kyle is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer. Called to the bar in 2019 in Newfoundland and Labrador, Kyle has wide experience with commercial transactions as well as a growing practice in commercial insolvency, energy and natural resources law, and maritime law. He also co-chairs Cox & Palmer’s Start-Ups Practice Group (NL).
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick after receiving a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) from Memorial University.
