Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s Office Introduces Newest Associates

Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s office is pleased to introduce our newest associates: Michael Hrabowsky, Cassidy LaCosta, Matthew Gough and Sarah Dominic.

Michael Hrabowsky’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, banking & finance law and corporate law. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2022 and previously worked at a prominent litigation firm, where he represented clients in all levels of court.

Cassidy LaCosta’s practice concentrates on corporate law and commercial litigation. She has represented clients before both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of Newfoundland and Labrador, including the General and Family Divisions. Cassidy was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in February 2024.

Matthew Gough maintains a litigation practice focused on employment & labour law and insurance litigation. Called to the Bar in 2016, Matthew started his legal career in St. John’s before relocating to Halifax to join the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, later returning to St. John’s where he joined Cox & Palmer.

Sarah Dominic’s practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial law. Sarah was called to the bar in 2022 and previously worked at local St. John’s firm that focused on business and civil litigation. Sarah has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of Newfoundland and Labrador (General and Family Division) and the Tax Court of Canada.
