Our Halifax office is currently seeking a Wills and Estates Staff Lawyer to join our firm.

- Providing legal guidance and advice on estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorneys, and personal directives.
- Providing legal guidance and advice on Probate and Administration of Estates.
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients, support staff and colleagues.
- Ensuring excellent file management.
- Three + years of relevant work experience;
- Demonstrated excellent client service and communication skills;
- Strong research and writing skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues;
- Proven effective client and practice management skills;
- Self-motivated and can work independently but also values working collaboratively, and
- Brings a compassionate approach to the practice of Wills and Estates.
