Cox & Palmer is currently seeking a receptionist to join the firm’s Summerside office.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESWorking as part of a collaborative team, you will:
- Act as first point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive excellent service;
- Perform general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, opening and routing mail;
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals such as preparing letters, opening and closing client files, booking meeting space and managing appointments;
- Daily deliveries to local banks, real estate offices and other destinations;
- Other duties as required.
- A highly motivated self-starter who has the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment;
- A commitment to the highest standards of integrity, client service and collegiality;
- Attention to detail, proven organizational skills and an effective communicator; and;
- A post-secondary diploma or degree with a specialization in office administration.
Cox & Palmer provides a competitive compensation and benefits package including:
- Wage range – $17-$22 an hour, which is determined by experience;
- Health, dental, life and disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program, health and fitness allowance;
- Group RSP.
