SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily technical support, maintenance for hardware and software, and helping ensure the IT operations of the firm function properly.

• Provide technical support, both in-person and remote
• Troubleshoot all end-user devices, including laptops, video conference equipment, VOIP phones and mobile devices
• Assist with security compliance requirements
• Install end-user hardware
• Monitor and action service desk ticket requests
• Administer cloud and on-premise systems
• Provide support for critical after-hours IT requests
• Other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology
• 1-3 years experience in an IT Support or similar role
• Strong competency with the usage of Windows Servers, Active Directory and Exchange
• Networking concepts, VPN, routing and switching experience
• Direct experience using VMWare, Cisco, and Fortinet Products
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and with a team
• Able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, shifting priorities as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Some travel may be required.
