Michael Regular is the Information Technology Manager for Cox & Palmer Halifax, focusing on optimizing IT operations from the ground up. Michael has a Bachelor of Science from Acadia University and 20 years of experience leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

He is skilled in strategic IT Governance and Information Management, eDiscovery, and large infrastructure projects.

Michael is known for his love of new hardware and software technologies and believes that both can make work and life more enjoyable. He joined Cox and Palmer in 2020 after building an innovative IT practice and supporting large-scale litigation at a boutique Halifax firm.

Michael spends much of his time away from the office playing tennis, hiking or skiing with his wife and their son. Together, they have hiked up a mountain in the Azores, sledged down a mountain in Italy, and trekked across hot lava fields in Iceland.
